The Staff was wonderful. They were kind and very respectful. The PA I saw was amazing and very thorough. I will be back! I found my dermatologist!Also, the Sunscreen with tint is Amazing!!Highly recommend buying some.
Awesome staff very friendly and made me feel comfortable
They made me overpay for treatments and do not return calls. Be very careful using them. I was overcharged about $200 at this point! Never again!
I was an actual patient of theirs. I went online to book an appointment…nobody called me. I called their office in Lavernia and had to leave a voicemail …nobody called me. Then I called their office in Seguin and had to leave a voicemail…nobody called me. I found another dermatologist and they answered the phone. I got to make an actual appointment. Yeah me!
Dr. Ross and staff are wonderful.
