I was an actual patient of theirs. I went online to book an appointment…nobody called me. I called their office in Lavernia and had to leave a voicemail …nobody called me. Then I called their office in Seguin and had to leave a voicemail…nobody called me. I found another dermatologist and they answered the phone. I got to make an actual appointment. Yeah me!
Dr. Ross and staff are wonderful.
Worst customer service, definitely do not recommend.
I’ve called and left many voicemail messages at this dermatologist office, since it’s nearly impossible to get someone during normal business hours! After 2 weeks of leaving messages, someone finally called me back but basically was no help, and all I was trying to do was get a refill to a prescription. Now that my prescription was gone, the same thing is happening as I’ve been calling trying to get another refill or possibly another method/prescription that I talked to the PA about but still no one will return any of my voi... read more
Dr.ROSS is amazing! Very knowledgeable, caring, and professional her team took time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable. My skin has never looked better!! — highly recommend!
