Horrible experience! Do not use this company! They did not even know how to run a diagnostic on my washing machine. Told me to run vinegar through the cycle and if that didn't fix it just go buy a new one! I had another company come and they were able to repair it in less than an hour with a new speed sensor. Still trying to get my service charge back. What a joke!
I had my unit cleaned after the unit had sat for some time. The service tech was kind and efficient. He had to pull the unit on the inside of the house and take it outside to clean and reinstatll. It did not take him long and the price was right.
Great, honest, hard-working people. Very trustworthy.
