Ross county home health has cut services to disabled children in the area that are on Medicaid!!! This was once a beautiful non-profit program that worked hard for the community and now it’s been bought by a shark whose only concern is making money. They are making enough money off the backs of the disabled, elderly, and poor by utilizing their waiver funds.
