Usually I love this place however, my mother has had home vet visits for the last year and a half. They never sent any letters, emails, texts, or posts about stopping home visits. Called today to have my mother's dog put down after and after already struggling with the decision was told they no longer do home visits. This is so unprofessional and has left our family with no options.
My brother's dogs are at my house for a while. Their veterinarian called Ross Corner with their prescription for flea tablets. Ross Corner will not fill it unless I pay for a doctor's visit for each dog. If I had a prescription, I would not have to be seen again to get it filled, not even with VA. We will not be returning. The price was not acceptable either. The three stars are for the way my dog was treated.
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person that gets crazy stressed out when I have a sick baby. There's a lot to grasp when something hits you so fast and you hear a "death rate" percentage for your baby. Dr. Amanda is doing everything she can to help us even though I lost my marbles. She's taking the high road and being very supportive of us. I apologize for how I reacted to you the other day and thank you for taking care of all of our babies.
Recently started bringing my fur babies to Ross Corner! I love all the staff. Great experiences!
I love the no waiting room cocept , rooms are big bright and clean. This was my first visit here. I belong to another vet that didn't carry vaccine my bull terrier puppy needed for show , so here we landed. Very pleased with all staff and so was Jett my pup. We go back for second shot in two weeks , and will let them know we are staying with Ross Corner �
I just recently started taking my pup here and I am so glad I did! Such nice, caring staff!�
