RecommendedLove that they didn't have a waiting room and they we got right into a room. Went in for a quick exam and rabies shot. Vet and tech were very nice, Ruger loved them and wanted to follow the vet into the treatment area behind the desk while I was paying! Will be back.
We would like to say THANK YOU for taken care of our little girl yesterday. Can't believe how much better she is doing after one else of her meds yesterday. Today she is getting back to her old self. Friendly staff, clean, knowledgeable, and caring
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Relaxing warm atmosphere. My dog was not as anxious in this setting as she usually is at Vets. Dr. Rizner is wonderful with my dog. She showed compassion and understanding and listened to my concerns. Using her clinical expertise she helped my dog get pain free and functional in a couple of days.
The staff at Ross Corner are second to none!
They are kind , loving, caring , group of people. Helped us through a hard time with our Eider .
i called today to have my 12 year old chi looked at because he was having issues with his breathing and passed out. was told sorry we are booked we can't see him today u will have to go else where's to see a vet. I was like your joking right u are his vet. Nope they didn't care. i took my dog to another vet that said bring him right over I'm very concerned. My dog landed up dying because he was in heart failure. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET.
I have been a regular client of this clinic since they opened several years ago. I called this morning to have my 17 year old cat put to sleep. Obviously a hard call to make. The staff never asked what was going on, my name, my animals name, or if it was an emergency, just simply said they were booked. Extremely unprofessional. I will never bring my animals back to Ross Corner Animal Wellness.
Amazing, friendly, helpful and communicative staff and vet! My pup may hold the record for the number of environmental allergies he has in this practice, but Dr Rizner’s first suggestion was immunotherapy. I am appalled at the number of people are spending thousands of $$ with a dermatologist with no resolution to allergies, and this was my regular vet’s FIRST suggestion! So, so, so thankful for all of you! 💕
