Awful experiences I would never take my car to be serviced there again! The service department treated me like I did not know what I was talking about because I am a woman. They did not have parts in stock that they said they had and they are very expensive. It took them over an hour to inspect my car and were without apology.
Not too good I had two problems with this dealership while having service done. First, they didn't fix the problem on my Jeep that another garage fixed on the first try. Secondly, when I checked out after having the oil changed they told me it was covered under warranty. A few weeks later, I started receiving phone calls and letters about paying for it. Please, make up your mind.
