Made to feel like an idiot and nuisance
Not happy. Service was wonderful on the day we were there. We had a phonecall to collect a toy my daughter dropped. Advised the shop would be open till a certain time. Shop is advertised to be open and closes hours early. Not once but 3 times this week now. Its been a wast of time trying to 1) collect my daughters toy and 2) collecting thr glasses which are ready to be collected. On enquiry with gosford shop noone can get a hold of someone in the wyong shop and thr phone just rings through. Would not reccomend
