I can’t say enough good things about the workmanship and the customer service I received while my vehicle was in the hands of Ross Auto Body. They totally over delivered! Not only did they send me pictures of the vehicle while it was being worked on, which I absolutely wasn’t expecting, but they also followed up with me a few weeks after the vehicle was done to make sure that I was happy with everything . The best autobody shop in miami. In a city where you always have to be weary of people and what they are telling you, especially when it comes to car. Ross body shop was so transparent in the process and so helpful, helping us get the ball rolling with the claim adjuster after months of back and forth with them. We want to give a shoutout to Mary in the front office, she was understanding and guided us all the way. Would definitely revisit if an accident were to happen again.
Ross Auto Repair truly exceeded my expectations. I took my car in after a gate fell on it and left a lot of scratches. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but their customer service was excellent. They even provided a number so I could easily follow up on the repair. The experience felt very personal;like I was talking directly with people who genuinely cared, not just a company. Found Ross body shop via google the owner Joaquin responded to my inquiry the same day. Mr. Ross and his staff are very professional and provide excellent service. I was given updates on my car via text message with pictures to show me how the process was going. Edit: after four months the paint started cracking. Eventually, the back of the trunk split open. I took my vehicle to two collision centers and both said all he did was use bond-o and painted over it. Absolute crooks is what they are! I have posted photos as proof.
