He may be talented - fortunately I wouldn't know - but I could not have disliked him any more. Narcissistic and dismissive, it was as if I were wasting his valuable time. On the positive side, staff was nice and I was seen on time. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
Dr Ross is an amazing surgeon. My wife had stage two colon cancer, and since the operation has been cancer free for more than 2 1/2 years. From the beginning when we were first researching surgeons through post surgery he was kind , caring, attentive and available.
I WAS SO AFRAID TO HAVE MY COLONOSCOPY BUT DR ROSS MAKE ME FEEL CONFIDENTE AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE VERY WELL AND TODAY AFTER 60 DAYS I AM FELLING VERY GOOD AND SO HAPPY FOR HAVE DONE THE SURGERY WITH DR ROSS.
Dr. Ross gave me all the time I needed to ask questions, operated and then came to see me and again was very generous with his time and his explanation of my diagnosis and what to expect. I would definitely recommend him. He made a difficult time more manageable. His staff was also wonderful.
Dr. Ross quickly diagnosed me when I arrived at the hospital this week. He was referred to me by my mother in law. I was out of the hospital 26 hours later feeling fine. I highly recommend him.
He made me feel comfortable the minute I met him. I was pleased with his explanation of what was going to happen in surgery and the time he gave me to ask him questions.
