Excellent in every aspect, found what other doctors could not. Has the experience, expertise, care, kindness and bedside manner. Left my other doctor and went to Dr Ross. Had multiple visits and procedure done. Always 100%. Highly recommended.

I was scheduled for a routine colonoscopy. Dr. Ross saw me for the pre-assessment. He is up front and professional. He answered all my questions in a kind and understandable manner. He is very calm and inspires confidence. He has a dry humor, which I find funny and witty. I trust him because of his delivery. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I was scheduled for a standard colonoscopy at Baptist Health Outpatient Surgical Center. During the procedure, I must have reacted to the sedation and my oxygen levels crashed. Upon waking up after the procedure, Dr. Ross and the anesthesiologist informed me that I had "a major respiratory event", that they had to clear my airways and inject me with steroids to stabilize me. Dr. Ross performed Robotic surgery on me less than a week ago. He is a talented doctor who knows what he's doing & does it well. His finesse is magical. Dr. Ross is sure of himself & thus allowed me to know I was in strong, capable hands from day 1. I'm more of a chicken than someone who powers through easily. DR ROSS IS GREAT CAME VISIT ME IN HOSPITAL EVERY DAY AFTER OPERATION AND OFFERED A TREMENDOUS CONCERN I WAS VERY VERY SICK.HE SAVED MY LIFE .HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY UNDERSTANDING! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Dr. Ross is one of the best surgeons I’ve ever met he is so great with my fiancé who has stage four cancer and he has gone above and beyond he goes to the hospital every day when he’s probably not even scheduled that’s how much He cares for his patients. He is very straight to the point and very blunt and I appreciate him and his Honesty Immensely. The people who want to talk negative about him are just looking for friends they’re not looking for the best surgeon they need to get over it.

Dr. Ross was excellent, My Surgeon from NY recommended him. He saw me right away even though I was not a regular patient, even in the middle of the COVID. Problem solved. I found him pleasant and personable.
