Professional and courteous staff and Dr. Ross is thorough and explains everything. I’ve been going to him for over 40 years.
Dr Ross is so good , always makes you laugh and you never feel rushed
The receptionist is the worst person I ever dealt with. She is rude arrogant and Obnoxious. We will never return to this practice again
Always easy to schedule and seen within 10 min of appointment time. Team is good and helpful. Dr Alan always a pleasure. Explains any questions takes his time never feel rushed. Eye glass scripts are always right on never had to be re-examined cause glasses to strong or weak. Very thorough with their exams and fees same as any others.

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
