Dr. Johnston performed an emergency tracheostomy on me and in 3 words, saved my life. Thank you, Doctor!
He is very rude. He yelled at my the whole appointment. He told me my throat issue is all anxiety and that I need to relax. How can you relax when this doctor is yelling at you being rude. He yelled me because I gagged while getting scope in my nose then after I had cleared my throat he yelled at me again to not do that. He told me try start taking omeprazole twice instead of once I asked him a new script he told me in a rude manner he can try but doesnt mean I'll get it. Totally unprofessional

I wouldn't even call him a Doctor, he was the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. He didn't introduce himself when he walked in and while I was waiting in the exam room I could hear him talking poorly about a patient he had just seem. He made me uncomfortable and essentially ignored what I was telling him. It seemed like he just wanted to get through the appointment quickly without giving my symptoms much thought.
