Just did t seem to care . Said my condition Was the new normal . Did t seem to have my information from an urgent care visit . Asked me a question he should have know .
I went to Dr. Ross to test for possible hearing loss and address an odd sensation in my ear. I found the whole office to be relaxed and pleasant; I liked the energy, it put me at ease. Dr. Ross and I talked about the sensation I was experiencing and he explained his diagnosis with a visual aid. The testing process was easy and, while the environment was relaxed, everyone was professional. I would not hesitate to go back.
I had an in office procedure performed by Dr Johnston and found him to be very knowledgeable and communicative along with funny and engaging ! He made me much more relaxed during a nerve wracking procedure.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ross T Johnston and unfortunately experienced what I perceived as disrespectful communication and lack of respect. During our interaction, I felt spoken to in a manner that seemed dismissive and condescending. Additionally, there was an instance where my concerns were not addressed, and care was refused. I believe clear and respectful communication is crucial in a medical setting, and I hope this feedback contributes to improving the overall patient experience.
Dr. Johnston could not care less about the well being of his patients. He'll spend exactly enough time to give you a smart aleck analysis so he can bill. Avoid him.
DON'T DO IT!!! He STOLE my surgery from Dr. Jackson the GOOD ENT Dr. At the same place... It was too late. I didn't feel good, it just didn't really dawn on me that this so called Dr. Was such a prik!! My referring dr. Who referred me to DR. JACKSON was absolutely PIS...D. I was in hospital after surgery, I told him I was in pain. he yelled at me but he "didnt want to hear about friggin' pain, he then threw his coat on while storming out of the room. NO! I would not recommend an enemy or friend to this man. I should had paid more attention to the reviews before I went to him. I was there for nasal polyps and a foreign body in my ear. He asked me what I wanted him to do about both and I replied my primary sent me here to you to exam both He paced behind me never making eye contact. He was very rude. I had 3 episodes of vertigo and was trying to explain them to him. He kept telling me to come on hurry up after I waited two months to even get to see him and I am an ongoing patient. Will not be seeing him again. Then all he does is refer me to PT????
EXTREMELY RUDE DOCTOR. I wouldn't recommend him even if he was the last doctor on earth. I just had a baby a few months ago and he proceeded to call me fat the whole time and making vulgar comments about my breasts. He has some ego issues going on. I'm a 23 year old mother of two.
