TODAY I HAD MY FIRST VISIT AND HAD A CLEANING AND X-RAYS DONE. THE HYGIENIST WAS VERY COURTEOUS , PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGABLE. SHE DIDN'T RUSH THROUGH THE PROCESS, SHE TOOK HER TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB ON MY TEETH. THE DENTIST ALSO WAS VERY COURTEOUS, PATIENT AND TOOK HER TIME IN EXPLAINING WHAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE WITH MY TEETH. The manager and receptionist’s are friendly and efficient. The Dentist’s are gentle and do a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to this wonderful office.
My visit to Roslyn family center was amazing. This place it’s beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff it’s incredibly nice, from the front desk, Ms Wendy, dental assistant, Ms Ria, the Doctors, management. Everyone are just amazing. They help you with any problems you may have, they only have solutions and they do it fast. Best dental office in Long Island. I highly recommend it to family, friends, everybody. What a pleasant dental office and staff. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who wants to have the perfect smile. They work with you, find the way to help you paying any procedure, but you’ll have your dental job done. The front staff (Ms Wendy, lovely, very nice and pleasant, Ms Ria, dental assistant as well, the doctors, amazings, management, awesome. Wonderful experience. Roslyn Family Dental are by far the best dental practice I have been to in many years. I had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Alla Hart & Dr. Yelena Mikhaylova, both very nice and caring people. Dr. Mikhaylova told me about issues with my teeth that no other dentist bothered mention.
