I wanted to share my frustrating experience with the VW collision and service centers in Tallahassee in the hope that it helps others and brings some attention to the lack of proper customer service I faced. On January 11, 2025, my parked car was hit by an unknown vehicle in the CVC parking lot. BEWARE!B BAD BUSINESS!! My FSU student had a little fender bender with another student in a parking garage on campus. The female student went to Roslund's for a quote. The damage was to the rear quarter panel. When we looked at the quote it included an airbag, headliner, roof and rear window and other unrelated items in addition(which i see in the reviews happened to someone else!) to the actual affected area. 37 hours worth of labor and 18hrs of paint, total $5100 worth of work!
