Good food, beautiful setting The first things I noticed walking into Rosita's was the spaciousness off the dinning room. You are not sitting on top of the diners next to you. I found the food to be flavorful and the views of the Hudson River were an added benefit. I did not feel rushed to finish my meal and felt comfortable lingering with my dinner party. The staff was attentive and accommodating. This is a great option for larger dinner parties.
Riverfront dining Their new location on the waterfront is a wonderful location to hang out and drink margaritas, but the big new building doesn't have the same warmth as the old one. Still, the food is decent mexican food, not spectacular but certainly adequate. And the Hudson River is beautiful from their deck.
Mexican Great location right on the Rondout. You get a fair deal for your money. Great mexican dishes with a great view.
