I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for both a vase and delivery since I’m out of state and wanted the flowers to look nice for my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately, they delivered the flowers without the vase and only notified me after the fact. When I asked if they could go back and deliver the vase, they refused, saying they had other deliveries to complete.
