No kidding, but every time I have a treatment with Dr.Marina, I fell asleep in her super comfortable chair! Even when she did my root canal! Her job is perfect and it's always a pleasure to come back to her office. Highly recommend to visit this office and meet Dr. Marina and her friendly stuff.
My first visit was wonderful and my second visit was just as great. The staff was very friendly yet professional. The studio was extremely clean and welcoming. The newest of technology with check-in and dental equipment. Very impressed with all staff members, including Dr. M, taking the time to make me feel comfortable and informed. Long Grove Dental Studio was originally recommended to me by a friend that I worked with. My wife was having an issue resulting from poor quality work done in the Ukraine. Had a visit scheduled closer to the end of the month, but I expressed a desire to come in earlier. The staff reached out to me as soon as there was an opening and was able to bring me in. If you're not a patient yet, you're missing out on some EXCELLENT service and a wonderful doctor.
I was again very impressed with the efficiency, skill and professionalism of the doctor and the staff.
I had a good experience however, their was an estimated amount I paid and then I received a bill for $26 more. That all I am okay with but what I don't think is right is the fee for finance charges. Only .34 so not a huge deal but it was the first invoice I had received after you estimated what my insurance would cover. Also, I receive way too many emails from your practice. I would rather see an email for reminders to my next appointment and every now and then promotional. Not every few weeks. A little annoying.
Dr. Mikhalets is an excellant dentist! She's "simply the best"! She is surrounded by an office staff who is very efficient and friendly. I'm so happy to have finaly found a great dentist who offers the very best of care to her clients. I have no reason to ever look for another dentist! I would highly recommend Dr. Mikhalets to anyone.
