I was again very impressed with the efficiency, skill and professionalism of the doctor and the staff.
I had a good experience however, their was an estimated amount I paid and then I received a bill for $26 more. That all I am okay with but what I don't think is right is the fee for finance charges. Only .34 so not a huge deal but it was the first invoice I had received after you estimated what my insurance would cover. Also, I receive way too many emails from your practice. I would rather see an email for reminders to my next appointment and every now and then promotional. Not every few weeks. A little annoying.
Dr. Mikhalets is an excellant dentist! She's "simply the best"! She is surrounded by an office staff who is very efficient and friendly. I'm so happy to have finaly found a great dentist who offers the very best of care to her clients. I have no reason to ever look for another dentist! I would highly recommend Dr. Mikhalets to anyone. Thanks to Dr. Mikhalets and everyone at Long Grove Dental Studio for being so great,caring and sensitive to the needs of your clients! Happy Holidays to all of you!

I have been a customer for a while. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, and knows what they're doing. They have a keen interest in customer satisfaction, and I would recommend this dental studio to anyone.

THE OFFICE IS BEAUTIFUL,STAFF IS AMAZING. YOU DONT EVEN FEEL LIKE YOU ARE AT THE DENTIST OFFICE.YOU ARE NOT A PATIENT-YOU ARE A FRIEND. The services provided by members of Long Grove Dental Studio are always excellent. I go there in a past couple years. There is no need to wait for your appointment, always on time. The Doctor and her staff are very nice and attentive. The Doctor is very thorough with her examination. Every procedure that performed is explained in detail and all my questions are answered.
