I can not remember her name, but she suggested the frames which looked best on my face and that's the ones I purchased!
I've always had good experiences with the doctors and have been happy with how they deal with my children's appointments as well. They have a wide variety of frame styles as well.
yesenia Ortiz at dog, was excellent with adj. and help with look up of other information I needed. Also Hulu at Berwyn was excellent and courteous with service and Ana, manager of Berwyn, was very nice and helpful.
Both our Dr. Lingk and our optician and frame stylist, Lisa Deuischer we just wonderful, you have chosen very competent people to represent your name and business.
Dr. Lingk and the woman who took me through the process of purchasing my lenses and contact lenses. I am just blanking on her name. They are both wonderful.
Dr. Singk and Brian were both very helpful and kind. They were very friendly and made the experience pleasant.
Don't bother going there, you will be overcharged, and get poor quality lenses for premium price.Buy contacts and glasses online, they're cheaper there! Office is poorly staffed and opticians are uneducated. Management is horrible! Save your time and money. It takes weeks to get pricey glasses there! If you have an issue, it's not this company's priority to help you. You will never get your money back if you have a problem with glasses. All they want to do is sell, sell, sell. Dont Go they want to S U E me for warning you – First Dr Combs assistant Dr whitter informed my wife she would probably go blind due to pressure in her eyes. He then sent her to a specialist who informed my wife that her pressure was a bit high but does not even need medication as of yet. Then after 2 attempts to make her glasses, the second with Dr Combs, She still can not see Close up OR far away. Dr Whitter told her she had to make a choice one or the other. Awesome eye doctor – Very nice and professional, great demeanor. Hardly had to wait, and the support staff was very nice and professional. Has a specialty in pediatric optometry.
