The girl that helped me was really nice. I can't remember her name. It was at the aurora location. She was young, she is 21 and she was really patient and worked with me. I liked that because sometimes young people don't like helping other young people. But she was helpful and nice.
I visited the North Naperville location recently for an eye exam. The doctor was very patient and answered all of my questions. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would recommend!
Staff is very cheerful and helpful. I was in the office for a warranty exam and new glasses. Dr was very professional and answered all my questions. Staff helped me find a great set of frames.
