The Rosin team in Lincoln Park is fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and let you browse frames without any pressure. The best is that they are honest and kind when it comes to telling you if frames are right for your face or not.
The staff and the top tier customer service they have given me over the years is why I have and will continue to come to Rosin Eyecare for all of my optometric needs!
The girl that helped me was really nice. I can't remember her name. It was at the aurora location. She was young, she is 21 and she was really patient and worked with me. I liked that because sometimes young people don't like helping other young people. But she was helpful and nice.
I visited the North Naperville location recently for an eye exam. The doctor was very patient and answered all of my questions. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would recommend!
