Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the reception staff is very welcoming, and the optometrist/ ophthalmologist professionals are outstanding!
I had a fabulous time at Rosin on Michigan Ave. I was able to schedule my appointment right away (for the next week). Reception was very friendly. My doctor, Carly Szafranski, was so kind, easy going, and professional. She worked efficiently. I also enjoyed my experience with the check out person. He got me as many insurance discounts as possible on my contact lenses. I look forward to my next visit there!
My Doctor Tina & the assistant David a slim African American guy helped make my experience great. They assisted n finding the proper prescription & gave advice on my purchases & even fixed my old glasses.
Once again everyone was great..from the receptionists, doctor and the person who handles the payment and glasses/contact order.
All of my questions were answered with care and patience and Michelle was very helpful in helping me make the best decision in order to maximize my benefits. I felt that the entire staff is very competent and knowledgeable.
The staff and providers are welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the efficient service. The reminder phone calls and emails make the experience convenient.
Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and is able to communicate that knowledge easily and in understandable terms.
