There were a few issues getting me in the right glasses and everyone went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate everything everyone did at the Michigan and Clybourn Ave locations get thing right.
Service is always great and the doctors do a great job of addressing my Eyecare needs. Additionally, the support staff is always friendly and helpful.
I always enjoy visiting the Michigan Ave location because the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. I have a been a customer for a long time and will continue to come back to Rosin EyeCare.

I had a great experience both times I've visited Rosin eyecare. This time I was seen by Dr. C. Szafranski, she was really nice, super professional, and made me feel right at home. My exam was very thorough, and her choice for contacts was awesome (my first experience elsewhere was not ). Kevin help make sure I knew how to put them on and take them off, he was very patient and super helpful. Everyone I dealt with at Rosin's was very nice, professional and helpful. I was able to accomplish everything I needed in a very short while and was very satisfied.
I came in with my husband to pick out a new pair of glasses and the process was quick and easy. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped us, she was great. I have not received my glasses yet, so I can not review the end result at this time, but I am happy so far.
I love the location and everyone there is very friendly. I love the fact that they set you courtesy appointments every year...it a nice reminder to get me yearly eye exam. I also asked my mom to switch to Rosin because I didn't feel her former eye physician was giving her the same attention I was receiving at Rosin.
The woman that helped me pick frames (NYE evening - her last patient I believe, wearing silver skirt, black shirt, fun nails) was very helpful and friendly. I told her what I was looking for but let her pick out frames and she did a fantastic job giving me options and pricing everything out!
