There were a few issues getting me in the right glasses and everyone went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate everything everyone did at the Michigan and Clybourn Ave locations get thing right.
Service is always great and the doctors do a great job of addressing my Eyecare needs. Additionally, the support staff is always friendly and helpful.
Doctor was professional, made an effort to fit the prescription to my needs. Vision wear specialist was patient and helpful. Staff as very accommodating.

I had a great experience both times I've visited Rosin eyecare. This time I was seen by Dr. C. Szafranski, she was really nice, super professional, and made me feel right at home. My exam was very thorough, and her choice for contacts was awesome (my first experience elsewhere was not ). Kevin help make sure I knew how to put them on and take them off, he was very patient and super helpful. Everyone I dealt with at Rosin's was very nice, professional and helpful. I was able to accomplish everything I needed in a very short while and was very satisfied.
Everyone was very responsive, courteous, helpful, efficient and resolved my problem in a short amount of time.
I came in with my husband to pick out a new pair of glasses and the process was quick and easy. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped us, she was great. I have not received my glasses yet, so I can not review the end result at this time, but I am happy so far.
