Beyond disappointing and disrespectful. I had an appointment, explained I was having photos taken with my mother for Christmas. I showed up on time for my appointments, a woman sat in the chair having a leisurely treatment while talking about her grandson took a gun to third grade. There was a lot of head shaking and tsk tsk. It was a 45-minute drive to my mother's house and 60 minutes to the photographer appointment. And I still wasn't in the chair. Hands down one of the best in the US. Miss Rosie the personality the honesty something about supporting your local business and wanting them to thrive that always drew me to establishment like this.
