This is the ONLY place I go to since December 2023!!! I went in one day because it’s close my work location and I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in a while. I've been seeing Rosie for two years now and she's the best! My previous threader moved away when I first tried Rosie. She did an incredible job and I've been coming back consistently ever since. Rosie is hands down the best in San Diego! I literally drive from North County because she’s that good. She’s so sweet, attentive, and really takes her time to make sure my brows are flawless every single visit.
