She is the best! Was struggling to find a good artist for brows in san diego then i found rosie I have been going to her since 3 years even if i have to travel 1 hour to get my brows done! She's very professional and accommodating to her customers even with sudden change of schedule I get lot of compliments for my brows! Also she's jovial and has great sense of humor always come out of her store cracking up! If you want great brows and a good laugh this is the place

Rosie is a true professional. She has over 16 years of experience and it shows. I travel all over North America and have had my brows done in dozens of cities big and small. Often they are rushed and are just trying to get to the next person. Rosie took her time and even plucked out the ingrowns. Her studio is a lovely place to be and the chairs are much more comfy than most. I got full face threading and brows. I would come back here again.
