Disrespectful of her clients time. Two appointments were poorly managed. I reserved an appointment in advance that was confirmed by Rosie letting me know she would send a reminder the day before. I did not receive a reminder; therefore, on the morning of the appointment I contacted Rosie to confirm. She replied that she was ill & had forgotten to contact me. I loved my haircut, and will definitely go again! I got so many compliments. Rosie also did a fab job with my son's hair!
Rosie is amazing! She cuts both my little’s hair and is so kind and patient with them. She has done my hair numerous times and always exceeds my expectations. She does absolutely beautiful work and I recommend her to anyone looking for a hairstylist. ❤️❤️
