Do not book with Janet. She is so incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I was very excited to get my gel manicure and have a peaceful time, she didn’t ask what I wanted for my nails, was rough when using the nail drill and filing my nails. Cut my cuticle twice and was completely ignorant about it. She kept hurting my nail beds and I would voice that it hurt and she did not care. I’ve been coming to Rosie’s for almost 2 years and have had pretty good experiences up until recently more so the last time I was here Kathy helped me and really didn’t do a good job on my pedicure (Clumpy, uneven, and paint all on the sides of my toes) also over cutting the cuticles to the point where she was ripping extra skin and hurting me. she tried fixing it once but kept making the polish look uneven and just not cohesive I tried to be understanding but at the end of the day I am paying almost $60 for the cheapest ped... read more
