False advertising and exceptionally poor craftmanship. Let me start by saying this: I've never left a 1 star review, and I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. My husband and I mulled it over and tried to have a positive perspective. However, people should know what a scam this "florist" is, and they should take their business elsewhere. I called and ordered flowers after reading all the positive reviews on their website. Which must be relatives or paid employees because what was sent to the funeral home for my grandfather looked like the work of a toddler. So not impressed with this arrangement if that’s what you call. Don’t waste your money!

Wow. I ordered flowers for my best friend who was grieving not one, but two very significant losses in her life within 48 hours of one another. Paid the fee to have the flowers delivered on the same day, and they were NEVER delivered. The response that I got was that they delivered it to the nurse's station, yet I'm blown away because it was to be delivered to her home address. I'm so disappointed. I'm now out $60, and I look like an inconsiderate friend because of ROSIE DAY FLORAL.

Ordered daisies for my wife for valentines day used predesigned arrangement from website what I received was not even close to what I ordered it looked terrible honestly a $5 bouquet from Walmart would have been better. I would give 1 star but they refunded part of my money so I do appreciate that and the delivery was on time. I just wish they delivered what they advertise my wife loves daisies as shown in the description what we got may have been a variation of one but not a good substitute for what was shown in advertising

At least 3 floral arrangements were delivered late to the funeral home. For the prices our friends and family paid, that is unacceptable. Funeral home said Rosie Day is frequently late with deliveries. Now we know not to use a tribute wall on a funeral home website, but to go through a reputable florist.
