HORRIBLE billing practices. Do not submit invoices on time to insurance companies. The receptionist also needs training.
Very caring - took time out to listen to me and helping me with my problem.
Wonderful experience with Dr. Karnani. She took time out to listen to my complaints and got to the bottom of the problem. After a long time I found a doctor who is smart and caring and easily approachable.
My husband, in severe pain, stated to the receptionist tahyisa that he had no fault insurance but due to his pain he stated the wrong insurance. However upon explanation and the insurance company and drs billing dept explaining to tayisha that his visit was covered she refused to allow him to see or speak the dr. about the matter. The dr was in waitIng room briefly and when we asked to speak w her she was very rude and said she was busy w patients. Completely unprofessional, rude, and cruel.
VENISHA THE RECEPTIONIST TREATED ME INHUMANE, There was a discrepancy with my medicare card, so I called medicare from the office and they told me that all Dr. KARNANI had to do was attatch a sheet of paper to my bill that this was being rectified. Venisha told me the Dr. Will not see me. I asked to speak to the Dr. personally, she proceeded to twll me she is very busy. I DONT SEE HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER. I informed her I would wait Dr. Karnani never came out.
Very thorough, caring, and smart!
