Before renting I read reviews how Rosewood rips people off for their deposit. It's all true. Like others, I left the unit cleaner than when I moved in. They charged me $45. to light the pilot light on the gas fireplace. The fake logs are old and crumbling thus putting out soot which I breathed and it stuck to the walls in that room. .
