Apartments smell like smoke even if you don’t smoke. They recently “updated” the laundry room but failed to tell you you now need a card specifically from them to do your laundry now. Over all rent is overpriced for the extremely outdated apartments
Wow this place is awful. I tried inquiring about a unit twice and both times I was cut off or ignored and dismissed. The people in this office have laughable customer service at best. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere and will be sure to share this disgusting experience with your staff with everyone I meet.
Any Reno peeps that are on Facebook. Word of advice don’t move into Rosewood Apartments their maintenance people are thief’s. Came into my apartment to do regular maintenance furnace filter, smoke detectors first time in five years I might add. These guys had a great time in my apartment they stole a huge change container that also had some rare coins. RENTERS BEWARE oh and the front office says they are not responsible for the maintenance people. Yet they wear Rosewood uniforms. Idiots that work in the front office!
The people in the office r terrible they will go out if there way to not help you so they don't have to do shit and they are very disrespectful twords tenents that actually need something the maitnance is shit and the apartments themselvs are crap
