The suite is very spacious with lot of storage .
There isn’t any option to give 0 star. They will not give your security back at the end Even they charge you more at the end I have the worst experience with them They charges me almost 1500$ more. Greedy people I recommend to all people not to live in this building
I have had a great experience living in this apartment. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with prompt and responsive management. The apartment itself is spacious, and comfortable. The location is convenient, with quick access to shopping, Costco nearby, and good commuting options. A special shoutout to site manager Brayden. He's responsive, knowledgeable about the property and area, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.
I am very disappointed with Broadstreet, we had an agreement (which I have evidence) that I had two more payments to get caught up with payment and they would not evict me. They breached the agreement and I got a two day eviction notice. They have say that I breached the agreement, which I did not and I have proof of everything. We have a court day at the King's Bench and I will stand before God and tell the truth.
