We have lived here since this building opened. Sharon Forget was the only decent manager. She treated occupants like people rather than apartment numbers. Managers seem to come and go on a regular basis. We are elderly and moving would be difficult for us or we would have been gone after the first year. 3 times I have reported a broiler in my stove that hasn’t ever worked.Calling client services is a joke. The management is worse, they disposed off my all belongings and not willing to pay back my security. Unethical and threatening behaviour all the time. If you are at work they will toe your car from parking. They always threaten for every single thing. Never ever rent with those cleaver people.
everything was okay until we decided to end our lease early due to mold. we reported leaks in our first year but nothing was done. a bucket was brought to catch the drip, that’s about as far as maintenance went. when moving in, the previous manager told us the contractors they hired were shady and nothing was done properly, this was obvious. the day of moving out, sharon was eager to tow our vehicles and have us out of the place saying it was unacceptable (we had a few boxes left and were waiting for movers). unprofessional ... read more
Koodos to the building manager. She has been so professional, welcoming and she is always there to help out. I had given a 1 star at some point but that was for the prior manager who was unhelpful about everything. Hope she stays forever.
