I am very disappointed with Broadstreet, we had an agreement (which I have evidence) that I had two more payments to get caught up with payment and they would not evict me. They breached the agreement and I got a two day eviction notice. They have say that I breached the agreement, which I did not and I have proof of everything. We have a court day at the King's Bench and I will stand before God and tell the truth. We have lived here since this building opened. Sharon Forget was the only decent manager. She treated occupants like people rather than apartment numbers. Managers seem to come and go on a regular basis. We are elderly and moving would be difficult for us or we would have been gone after the first year. 3 times I have reported a broiler in my stove that hasn’t ever worked.Calling client services is a joke. The management is worse, they disposed off my all belongings and not willing to pay back my security. Unethical and threatening behaviour all the time. If you are at work they will toe your car from parking. They always threaten for every single thing. Never ever rent with those cleaver people.
