Put money down on a dress for my daughter. Was told " just pay here and there and when you get to at least half down come in for final measurements and we can order the dress. Like a savings plan". Well that's not what happened. Evidenly there is a specific amount monthly they don't tell you about, and also her dream dress was discontinued. I'm so surprised and upset to see this Monica. Last February Kylie put down $50 on her gown order with the agreement of $200/mo payments. We then never received a payment or heard from her again despite repeated contact attempts, including by phone, email, and mail. We waited 5 months to hear from her before finally cancelling out the order. We honestly just assumed she had changed her mind, or cancelled her wedding, since we had not heard from her at all. I went to Rosewood Bridal today to try on dresses for the 1st time. The ladies were SO helpful!! They weren't pushy, and they laughed at my corny jokes! I was a little nervous about my figure at first but they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. We went to David's Bridal right after just to check things out and I didn't even want to try anything on after the wonderful staff and selection from Rosewood. Got a Stella York gown which I loved everything about it, Teresa and Sandra helped get a veil that matched perfect to my gown.
Don't go anywhere else! These guys know what they are doing and treat you like a queen! I've never felt so pretty, and got my dream dress, within my budget. Store is clean, staff is amazing and with 30 years experience you won't be disappointed. Thank you !
