It isn’t kid friendly, children can play outside but not with toy cars or things with wheels, a child’s parent, special needs child, his mom was told to stop letting him stack the small rocks on the curb of the sidewalk where he was sitting, in front of their apartment. The area manager is mean and would rather not have children in the complex at all, she is so nit picky about everything so people can’t do anything around here.
