Liam was great and super helpful!
Liam boivin has been great!! I've been here two years and it wasn't great until this company took over and handled my needs and now I'm moving into a new renovated apartment it's clean, new appliances, looks nice im excited and glad that I stuck it through Liam has been wonderful answering all my questions and being patient with me great person over all thank you Liam for keeping in touch with me through everything!!! And making me feel like I'm heard GREAT JOB!!
Shout out to Liam again for helping us find a place, he was always open to showing more units and more properties to satisfy our needs. He was quick and didn’t waste time, laid it all out so there wasn’t much misunderstanding. We decided to go with the Ivy 2 and couldn’t be more excited!
I just moved in here mckayla showed me the place she was great. However my first night in the unit i found several mice running over my feet and had to pull one off my daughters lap, the next night I start seeing roaches. The place is very responsive but the fact that I cant even have my boyfriend stay over without him being towed or me having to pay 50 extra dollars floors me. Don't bother, these people have oversold their parking permits for this apartment complex so you may or may not be able to park where you live when you get home or you may wake up to find your vehicle towed and the tow company damaging your vehicle. I have a family member who lives there who was told because she was parked precariously even though she had a parking permit and she has two small children it cost her $280 to retrieve her vehicle the transmission was ruined as well as her oil filter was torn completely off by th... read more
