I bought my Kia a couple of years ago and had great customer service, wasn't there long. Great job at explaining my car stuff and took my dad yesterday to Kia and he bought a new car. The sales people are nice Sergio was our sales guy and I forgot who the finance guy was but my dad got a great deal and they took care of him just like they did me. When I am able to convince my hubby it's time for a new car, I will be back!

Horrible experience with this dealership and manufacturer. Purchased a 2013 Kia optima and at 52,000 miles experienced catastrophic engine failure. Three months later and I still don't even know what actually happened with the engine. The car is suppose to carry a 100k power train warranty (not). Only thing I've received besides the run around is a bill for repair in the amount of $6,500.
I went in with my daughter, fully expecting a sleazy sales guy trying to get me into a car that I couldn't afford and be totally stressed out the whole time. I left there with the car I wanted, the payment I wanted and actually had a good time! The salesmen were funny and we laughed a lot! It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. ❤️ I look forward to dealing with the them in the future.
