They say they take apple pay but i went to try and use it on 3 different machines and not a single one went through. Not only did i get embarrassed by looking like i was to broke to pay. I had to put all my stuff back into the basket and leave. Horrible place i do NOT recommend Edit: turns out some people do NOT work there like they say they do. Do recommend
Lots of machines, and dryers. Clean.
So would there be a reason why I got charged 10$ for a 5$ dryer. Your card readers never read on the first try so I swiped until it said it started the purchase but now I've been charged double. I will wait and see for a charge back otherwise I'm owed 5$
The amenities are nice but after looking at my bank statements I see I get charged a flat rate of $10 for each machine I use even though the fee listed was about $6 (I don't remember the exact cost) and after looking more into the reviews I see other people have this issue. I've emailed them to see if there's anything they can do and will update this review depending on the outcome of their service.
Machines work poorly or not at all no one on sight to help or assist if you have problems. The phone number that is given on line just rings no one answers or returns your call. At this moment someone has there clothes in a machine that will not wash or even let you open the door to retrieve your clothing after pop saying $12.50 to wash one load. Rely sad.
