Terrible experience. After finally getting a referral, I was told by his office that a referral coordinator was going to reach out to me to schedule an initial appointment. They never reached out. After waiting for weeks. I finally called them just to be told they denied my referral for no reason. Literally I asked what is the reason it’s denied. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and their team. The doctor truly listens—you never feel rushed, and they take the time to understand your concerns and explain everything clearly. The staff is always so kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They even decorate the office for different holidays, which adds such a warm, personal touch! Dr. Upadhyay is a wonderful physician! My wife was diagnosed late in life with type one diabetes and was very upset at the news. Dr. made it easy and calmed her nerves explaining everything flawlessly. His bedside manner is impeccable! He even called her on Saturday to see how she was feeling. Top-notch physician!
Never returned my call for a follow-up and never answered the phone when I called them repeatedly.
