I’m gonna be real I’m giving 2 stars for repairs done in a timely manner as asked. The rest when I say I want this or that done and it’s either half done or not at all, because that’s what they want done. This is not the shop for me. 2nd the price I asked fair. Well it wasn’t over priced, but a fair hosing for work they decided to do. One time and only thank you anyway.
Keng is the kindest and such a knowledgeable person! As someone who knows NOTHING about cars he has gone above and beyond for me. As someone who has always been intimidated by car service shops especially when alone as a woman, I have felt nothing but genuine and factual intentions from Roseville Auto and will always come here for anything car related!
Keng and his team are exceptionally knowledgeable automotive and marine mechanics and technicians. They went above and beyond to troubleshoot and maintain my automotive vehicle. They were patient answering all of my questions and concerns. Other clients that phoned in or came into the establishment for their automotive and marine crafts, were treated with the same kind of respect that I was. I would highly recommend this business to all.
