The poboys are absolutely amazing and the service is great
Just as I remember it to be as a child. Sundays we would order seafood pi-boys and an ice cold Barq’s root beer! Remember it being down on the point, before Hurricane Camille destroyed our community! Love this new spot on Division & Caillavet Streets! Good still has that great taste I remember! This place gets 5 stars and more for the quality of food, atmosphere and genuine southern hospitality! The covered Outdoor seating is the best! I will plan to stop by again when I’m back in town!
This place had BBQ? I went in for a rosettis Po-boy and saw half chicken and pork rib BBQ in the buffet window. The pork ribs were great! Smokey, sweet, good bark. I dont know if thats a Monday special but look here man, i got potato salad and red bean and rice for sides and I think i went into a food coma at one point cause the portion was very generous. I sat with some folks who got the chicken and it was dripping juices and falling off the bone. 8/9 out of 10. Really good and i rate on a tough scale. Try it.
I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. Those people must have HSV affecting their tast buds. It happens, I hear. We got the catfish platter and a whole shrimp poboy. Catfish was real catfish. Potato salad was super charged with sour cream and bacon. The coleslaw was mid. The chrimp poboy was perfect.
