Jay was very knowledgeable on the service that I was getting and my hair care needs. This was my first appt and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit. I came across Jay Rose after I was butchered by another stylist. From the moment walking in, I felt at home. Jay is so welcoming and knowledgeable in what she does and I am so grateful to have experienced the time I had with her. Jay and her salon is top notch. She very mindful of giving her customers the high quality experience. She ensures she educate clients of the state of their hair, what to look for and importance of changes needed to meet hair goals.
