I went to Rose Nail Salon around 7 pm and had such a great experience! The staff was so welcoming, and she was incredibly nice and professional. I felt really comfortable the whole time, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for friendly service and quality work!
Horrible customer service. There is another nail salon on Appleby, north of Dundas that cares for its customers better
I’m sitting here, telling them they never buffed and took care of my dead skin underneath while they say “your pedicure is done”. And then started saying - “oh you didn’t had dead skin”, “we thought you didn’t wanted that”. This is crazy. Never coming back here. They only soaked my feet in warm water, did a massage and some scrub pack and cleaned and done! I still see all the dead skin inside for which I came at first place. Unacceptable. Don’t bother coming here for pedicure.
