We used Rose's Classic Catering to do mini desserts for our wedding and they were FABULOUS! The owner, Gene, is such a wonderful lady and I loved working with her. From my first tentative phone call, she was confident and friendly so I felt at totally at ease. We set up an appointment to do some taste testing of her mini desserts a few weeks before our wedding and it was a great experience. I have been a guest at a wedding, a couple of office lunches, and a welcome business event that Jean has catered over the past 3 or so years. I am past due to applaud this small business's efforts & high standards. I have always been impressed by Jean's attention to detail with her delectable food, the courteous staff that she has hired, and the fabulous decor which comes standard with her service.
