After 3 years the stone coating is failing exposing the metal . Good luck with their 50 year warranty. I filed a claim many months ago. Our HOA issued an appearance violation . Home insurance will not cover damages related to a roof with a open claim.. Roser tiles are made in Korea. I wish I knew that. Warranty rep said it will take up to 12 months to process due to backlog he is dealing with. I am informed exposed metal will rust. Gutters filled with stone coating.. Best roofing material on the market. Always goes on smoothly, our customers love it. We install primarily stone coated steel in South Florida and this stuff has stood up to hurricanes unlike anything else I've ever seen. We've driven by houses after hurricane Irma and hurricane Ian, and have seen these Roser roofs look almost unscathed, while ALL other neighboring homes nearby were completely destroyed! Incredible. Please call us for a quote if you live in South Florida!
We installed this when it came time to replace the roof of our office building. It has held up well. No complaints. Looks like concrete.
My roof is amazing now! I can't believe I almost went with concrete tile. I randomly saw this product on an ad, called them and they linked me up with a few local contractors. Everything went smoothly. Super happy!
