I have been to rosepepper so many times and have loved it.. Until tonight we had the worst service. Always go on week nights if you choose to go on a weekend the servers can't handle (well the blonde server with a braid) can't handle the work load. Waited more than 20 min for a refill on water.

The service was horrible! The guy didn't write down our order and brought my husband the wrong food after it took about 30 mins to get asked what we wanted and another 45 mins to get our food. We also had a to-go order before we knew how horrible the food was going to be. We were told the Tacos were awesome but they were awful. That was our to-go order so we asked are sever to give us 3 shredded beff tacos because he gave us chicken and he charged us for it! I've been eating here since I moved to Nashville over eight years ago... I loved it then, and I love it now. I've never had a bad meal the their service is absolutely wonderful... IN FACT... We were there this past Saturday night (November 28th celebrating our wedding! HUGE Thanks to Kayla and Carrie and the Rosepepper staff for making it such a special night for us and our party!!!
I tried Rosepepper based on recommendations, but I was super underwhelmed. It was not very clean, and the food was very bland. The folks at my table ordered the tamales, a chimichanga, and a burrito. None of us were impressed. There is much better and more authentic Mexican cuisine to be had in Nashville!
