My family just left here and it was the worst service we have ever experienced!! Over priced drinks. We were there for over an hour and no one even attempted to take our food order! Another thing, one of their employees caught a bug or spider and put it in his pocket showing it off for all the kids. They were disgusted!
Stayed for an hour and never even got our food order taken.
So having a drink at Rosepepper and was told that they could not serve drinks in glass containers due to health department rules. This is totally bogus. You can’t reuse glasses that have been used but can clean them using dish machine. We were told that styrofoam cup were the only option. This is not correct you can sterilize using dishwasher or dish machine. Charging full price and giving less than full experience and blaming COVID is unexplainable.
