The agent here, Gary Nichols, total con artist, employs illegal aliens to work on his flips, non - disclosure, con artist, hid a leaking pool in a Real Estate sale (non - disclosure). These are the type of people who live on screwing hard working people out of there money. Then has the gall to call the pool man a liar, the pool man notified him that the pool was leaking for months and "Mr Gary", that's what his illegal workers call him knew about it and hid it from us.
