I currently manage 2 commercial properties and have leases myself on 3 so I know a thing or two about the business. I've been a Rosenthal tenant for a while. Their service is horrible. Their tone is even worse (I've spoken with 3 managers). They have zero concern for their clients, and while they aren't willing to comply with aspects of their leases in a timely manner they are quick to send default notices when you're a little behind in rent.
