I am deeply disappointed from receiving your NSSD Spinal Decompression service by Dr Rosenthal in Thousand Oaks, CA. I went through the recommended 24 treatment protocol and never saw any improvement after spending $3600 from my very limited retirement savings. He really was a salesman. I just did a follow up MRI of my L4-L5 problem area and the results are identical from before the NSSD treatment, and I actually feel worse now.
