Dr. Rosengard has been a tremendous asset in my search for the right treatment for my refractory depression. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a compassionate, knowledgable & attentive psychiatrist. He has been especially patient & flexible in managing the unique complexities of my case. I have dealt with several good physicians over the years, but Dr. Rosengard has earned my highest respect & trust, he has displayed impeccable ethics & genuine concern for my progress.
Very poor service for a doctor. Staff is non-accomodating. My appointment was not confirmed, nor was my telephone call confirming my appointment returned. I went on the wrong day and was told in order to see the dr I was to pay $150 for the missed appt and $300 for the appt that day. This dr is all about money not about helping people. Don't waste your time and money!!
Dr. Rosengard always asks the same five or six questions each visit then hands you a prescription. There is no discussion about how you feel. Always asked: Are you feeing suicidal or going to hurt someone else... His appointment scheduling is good. There are late afternoon on appointment but they want you to pay cash up front then they will bill your insurance whenever they feel like it which delays getting reimbursed from your insurance company. I wouldn't recommend him. He is hard to deal with
He is very patient and kind. He lets you be involved in the decision making of your care. The only downside side is they have no one to answer their phones and nobody ever calls you back. The front office and follow through is a complete nightmare.
