Dr. Rosenfield was very friendly, explained everything and very pleasant to deal with
After treating with Dr McCammon for several years, it became apparent that he was leaning more towards retirement and no longer does surgeries but rather, uses interns in training. The problem for me was he didn't tell me, in fact, he lied saying he did the surgery but he didn't. When confronted, he downplayed the experience needed for the procedure as basically a non issue. Fine for him but I won't tolerate my doctor lying to me. I get more than enough of that from my political representatives.
Excellent. He explained all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly. His demeanor calmed me as well instilled confidence that he was the Physician I wanted for my care.
It was not good last year, I feel he had ruined the rest of my treatment plan, he also told the nurses to not help me with adult diaper changing which is refusal of services for people with disabilities rather it's mental or physical disabilities. I don't know his problem is, but it's discrimination against me and my medical care. I don't feel comfortable working with him or his staff in the future, and I don't want to deal with these restrictions he has put on me affecting the way I get special needs care. Dr. John Malcolm is a wonderful surgeon. He has been one of my husband's doctors for several years now. He not only removed one of my husband's kidneys, but referred us to both a gastro and pulmonary surgeon. Although his specialty is urology, he saw nodules on both my husband's stomach and lung from scans performed. If you need a physician who goes above and beyond, he is definitely your guy. Dr. Brugh is a thorough and compassionate physician. He has always been one of my most trustworthy care givers. I highly recommend him.
Doctor Rosenfeld does not listen to his patients needs. This doctor is very passive and not empathetic. He was sooo rough during my cystoscopy and disregard my pain during the procedure. I also had other issues he didn’t address I will never go here again.
My father is dead. He had been under the care of Dr. Lasater for many years for an enlarged prostate. When my Dad was 83 years old, he was the picture of health. During a routine exam, Dr. Lasater felt a nodule. He did not care enough about my father, his patient for YEARS, to insist on a biopsy...a simple in-office procedure that would have confirmed the nodule was an AGGRESSIVE FORM OF PROSTATE CANCER! I wouldn’t even give him 1 star. My husband had a terrible experience with this doctor. He has no bedside manner, no respect for patient privacy or their body parts, and doesn’t feel the need to explain plan of care to the patient or their family members.
